Zucchini Bread

Zucchini Bread


1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

1 small box of instant pudding French vanilla or banana flavor

1/4 tsp. baking powder

3 cups flour

1 c sugar

1 c brown sugar

3 eggs

1/3 c oil or melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 c zucchini, grated


Preheat oven to 325* – 350* depends on your oven. Spray your bread pans with baking spray. Makes 2 large loaves

In a large bowl combine all ingredients accept zucchini, Mix well, now fold in your zucchini, if using nuts fold in 1 c of nuts.
      Bake for about 30-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clear
